Biography:
Attorney Spaulding focuses her practice in all aspects of civil litigation in the State and Federal courts in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She represents insurance carriers, insureds and corporations in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability, commercial litigation, personal injury litigation and environmental litigation. Attorney Spaulding has participated extensively in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including arbitrations and mediations. Attorney Spaulding has also presented at Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education in the area of arbitration and mediation. She is actively involved in local and national defense organizations.
